Technical Sales Representative (Full-Time)

Job Description Summary:
Reporting to the National Sales Director, the individual will be responsible for maintaining accounts and
growing their designated territory by driving new business.
Responsibilities will include:
• Manage and grow existing sales territory
• Establish new prospective customer target list for prospecting and sales
• Provide technical support, pest identification, product recommendation and treatment methods
• Attend regional conferences, association meetings and other Ensystex assigned events
• Account maintenance, contact information, payments and product forecasting for designated territory
• Market promotions set by marketing team
Experience:
• Successful sales history with 2 + years of sales experience
• Experience within the Pest Management Industry is preferred
• Self-directed, highly organized, customer-focused, detail oriented, and competitive
• Ability to self-manage and while shifting priorities and timeline
• Knowledge of Pest Management Industry
• Proven experience in new business to business selling, upselling, and selling products
• Must be able to travel overnight
• Other selling initiatives set by National Sales Director
